JUNIOROur sweetie, Junior, is a whole lotta dog! Only 9 pounds, he has the confidence and presence of a much larger dog. Junior is a pretty boy, who we believe to be a striking mix of Miniature Pinscher and Chihuahua. At a year of age, Junior was found as a city stray, and took up residence in a big city shelter while staff tried to track down his owners. When nobody came to claim him, he was released to our care, and he has bought vitality and charm to his foster home. |
| Junior has adapted to foster care beautifully. He enjoys the company of other dogs, and gives off a play vibe that is contagious. We have not observed him around cats, but if his Min Pin colors are true, he will probably chase them in play. |  |

Junior has been friendly to everyone he has met, and can really "go with the flow," making him the ideal companion for an active single, couple or family, who enjoy including their dog in the action. Junior loves to go places, see things and meet people. He is very sociable, and has a pretty high energy level that can be managed with a couple of vigorous leash walks and some focused playtime each day. Junior has had no formal obedience training, but he is a quick learner and would excel in any training regime. He has good house manners, and is house trained and cratetrained. |
| Junior is in excellent health and has just been neutered. He is vaccinated for parvo, distemper, bordatella and he is microchipped and de-wormed. He has tested negative for heartworm/lyme/earlichia/anaplasmosis.
